Brian is the other Founding and Senior Partner of the firm; he is the Supervising Partner of all litigation work undertaken by the Firm.Seldom does one person combine success both in the academic and practice arenas, but Brian has achieved just that. He is a former Senior lecturer at the Law Development Centre, the Ugandan Bar School, where he conducted lectures in Civil Proceedings and Land Transactions, and a former Head of Subject land transactions at the Center.His distinguished career in the academic field is rivalled by equal merit in the practice of law. Brian has been involved in a lot of groundbreaking and law-creating litigation that has significantly contributed to the evolution of jurisprudence and legal practice in Uganda. He has expertise in the areas of Land transactions, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial Law, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance among others.
